Formal application for admission is made on an Application form. The forms are available in the college and below for downloading. Download the application form, fill-out the hard copy accordingly. Attach copies of Academic Certificates/Transcripts, and together with a non-refundable application fee of Kshs 1,500 mailed by post to the Admissions Office Mwangaza College Nakuru. The application fee can be paid by banker's cheque or deposit in the following Mwangaza College bank accounts:

All fees and examination fees payments when due are to be paid directly to the bank. Only bank slips are presented to college for issuance of receipts.Each semester the department offers Block release before the examination dates. Blocks are complete revisions in preparation for exams. The department prior to registration of Blocks will determine fee structure for subsequent curriculums. Each student is responsible for purchasing all necessary professional materials,equipments and clothing.

Fashion & Design students are responsible for purchasing all the necessary professional equipment and clothing as well as registering for KNEC examinations through the College before the deadline dates. Food and Beverage students are responsible for purchasing all the necessary professional equipments and clothing as well as registering for KNEC Examinations through the College before the deadline dates. Secretarial students are responsible for registering for KNEC examinations through the College before the deadline dates. Students taking Trade Test examinations are responsible for registrations and purchase of all necessary professional equipment and clothing required through the college before the deadline dates. Students may also take Computer Software Application Programs (packages) Internally Assessed that run March, June, September and November yearly. ICT students are responsible for registering for KASNEB exams through the College before the deadline dates.

Mwangaza College only caters for college fees and students are supposed to cater for exams fee.
