MEET OUR ELITE ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
The management of Mwangaza college is well defined, simple and properly structured. The principal is the Chief Executive of the College and oversees overall activities of the institution. He is also the secretary to Mwangaza College advisory board. The deputy principal deputies the principal and he is in charge of academics. The dean of students is the main counseling officer for all the students. All disciplinary cases are handled by the dean. Departmental chairpersons work hand in hand with the Deputy Principal to supervise the academic programmes of their respective departments so as to enhance consistency in line with the general academic objectives of the institution.
Other management personnel include the Administrative assistants who are in charge of the front office; their duties include registration, exams typesetting, filing and managing appointments. We also have the Finance Officer who takes care of all the financial records, purchases and expenditures of the college. He works in liaison with the principal in the preparation and administration of the college budget. The HODs help in assisting in the running of the college
