• Describe the economic impact of the F&B Industry • Identify the trends likely to affect food service in the coming years. • Perform opening, on-going, and closing operational responsibilities required from a F&B Manager • Describe managerial responsibilities as they relate to food service functions including menu planning, purchasing, storing, preparation, and recipe development. • Understand the principles of F&B Operations Design, Systems and Processes
Programme Duration and Structure
This Diploma shall be offered in 3 years which is six (9) terms.
• An aggregate grade C- (minus)
