When to apply

The college runs two academic intakes in a year, in the months of January and June. The applicants must fill the form in duplicate and attach:

• Two recent passport size photos
• A copy of KCSE result slip
• A copy of your National ID

Completed application/registration forms MUST be submitted together with a copy of a bank deposit slip for admission fee of Kshs. 1500.

Step 1. Select your course or programme

We offer a wide range of programs. When choosing your course there is a lot for you to consider. What type of course should you do, what qualification will you get and what is your desired career path. Take time and choose a course that suits you best.

Step 2. Check entry requirements

Depending on the course you would like to apply, check that you meet the entry requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, there are still options available to you.

Step 3. Complete and submit an application form.

If you meet all the above requirements, then you are now ready to complete our application form. Admission forms may be obtained from the admissions office at our campus or the forms can also be downloaded from here


It is important to note that tuition fees payment is a student’s responsibility. If you are not paying the fees, it is still your responsibility to inform the Accounts Office through your sponsor/parent. If tuition fee payments are not made by the end of the 6th week of the semester, the college has the right to terminate your registration.

Such a student will have to pay full tuition fees and other applicable charges for the semester afresh upon re-admission. Additionally, it is mandatory to include your name and Student admission Number in all fees payments.

All fees and examination fees payments when due are to be paid directly to the bank. Only bank slips are presented to college for issuance of receipts.Each semester the department offers Block release before the examination dates. Blocks are complete revisions in preparation for exams. The department prior to registration of Blocks will determine fee structure for subsequent curriculums. Each student is responsible for purchasing all necessary professional materials,equipment and clothing.

NB: Cash payments will NOT be accepted.


Receipts for payment of tuition fees will be given, after presenting the bank slip of the payments to the accounts office. Once this is done, students must ensure they have an updated and valid student gate pass to access the college.
